How do I upload my artwork?

You can upload your design directly during checkout or email it to our customization team after placing your order. Our team will review your file to ensure it’s print-ready before production begins.

What types of files are accepted?

We accept high-resolution files in AI, PSD, PNG, JPEG, or PDF formats. For best print quality on your custom tote bags wholesale, please make sure your logo or artwork is at least 300 DPI.

How long does production take?

Production time typically ranges from 7 to 10 business days after design approval, depending on order size and printing method. Large customized tote bags bulk orders may take slightly longer, but we always ensure timely delivery.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimums vary depending on the printing option. Screen printing requires a minimum of 24 bags, embroidery requires a minimum of 12 bags, and digital printing (DTG) has no minimum requirement. For bulk custom tote bags, we offer special discounts on higher quantities.

Can I see a proof before production starts?

Absolutely! You'll receive a digital proof for approval before we begin production. This ensures your design, color, and placement look exactly how you envision on your high quality custom tote bags bulk order.
